Introducing CloseComplicated™: Because Safe, Secure & Clear Communication Were Getting Boring

BIG PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT
After years of making title & escrow communication too simple, we’re proud to finally meet the market where it doesn’t want to be.
Introducing CloseComplicated™ — the most over-engineered, under-intuitive communication and security software in the title and escrow industry.
We’ve spent an obscene amount of money, countless hours, and a small mountain of whiteboard markers to undo all the progress we made with CloseSimple.
Why? Because “streamlined," "secure," "safe" and "simple" were starting to feel... smug.
Now, instead of one branded portal, CloseComplicated proudly features:
- A sleek interface inspired by Microsoft DOS (green text, blinking cursor, pure nostalgia)
- Notifications, wire instructions, account verifications, and e-sign requests sent from not-quite-right domains to keep your buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders constantly on edge during the closing. Sometimes we'll even surprise them with a completely random email URL or phone number (for text message updates sent during the closing process). Our is to make them call you and your team as much as possible during the closing to make sure the email is not fraud. Some domain URL's that your emails might come from include:
- clozzsimple.io
- wireinstttructions.ai
- signyourowndox.us - A bold new brand color: Mango Beige™ — it clashes with everything and nothing at the same time. This color looks especially bad when paired with the green Microsoft DOS color that’s so prevalent in CloseComplicated™.
- Real-time updates delivered quarterly (Yes, every 3 months!)
- A customer support hotline & live chat staffed by a team who might have heard of title and escrow. We will also feature a help desk, but at this time there is no "search" ability in the help desk archive of topics.
- Every task now requires at least three logins (Plus optional "Fax Confirmation," for the vintage feel)
- And our legendary 27-step onboarding process, because there is no way we can offer a simple onboarding experience for such a complicated software (Step 14: “Call us to confirm Step 9”)
So the BIG question is this: Why simplify when you can complicate? Because with fraud on the rise, we’re making it as hard as possible for anyone — scammers or clients — to figure out what’s going on.
So say "goodbye" to:
- Branded portals
- Clear updates
- Seamless communication
And say hello to:
- Milestone mysteries
- Inbox chaos
- A fun little game of “Is this phishing?”
Please contact us for a live demo, but due to the sensitive nature of such a powerful tool, we are not able to provide screenshots or demo recordings on our website.
Coming ... never ;)
Happy April Fools’ from your friends at CloseSimple!
